1. There is no caveat as reported.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The instant revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner praying for direction to the learned Trial Court for expeditious hearing of the injunction application.

4. Annexures filed along with the application, in the nature of certified copies of the order passed by the learned Trial Court shows that on 02.07.2024 the plaintiff was present along with defendant nos. 3 to 5. The order was passed directing the parties not to transfer, alienate and encumber the schedule "A"

property till 18.07.2024.

On that date, the defendant no. 3 filed written objection.

On subsequent date, the hearing of the injunction application was adjourned.

5. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned trial Court is directed to expedite the hearing of the application filed under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure preferably within a period of one month from the date of reopening of this Court.

6. The instant revisional application stands disposed of.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. A server copy of this order may be sent to the learned trial Court as well as to the opposite parties.
