Perused the grounds. Such grounds are found to be sufficient.

In the circumstances, let the order dated May 12, 2022 be recalled and W.P.A. 21920 of 2010 with the application being CAN 1 of 2022 be restored to its original file and number.

The interim order that was subsisting as on November 24, 2010 be also restored.

With the directions aforesaid, CAN 2 of 2022 be disposed of.
