This is an application filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the impugned orders dated 02.08.2024 and 14.08.2024 passed by the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 4th Court, Howrah in Title Suit No.1053 of 2024.

The grievances of the petitioners are that the petitioners filed an application in the pending suit under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2.

There was urgency in the matter but the learned trial court did not hear the injunction application on the dates mentioned.

It is only mentioned in the orders that put up when moved.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, this court direct the learned trial court to hear both the parties and dispose of the application filed under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 preferably within one month from the date of reopening.

The instant application being C.O. 3819 of 2024 stands disposed of.
