1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody for about six months. Charge sheet has been submitted without chemical report. Learned Advocate for the petitioner accordingly prays for bail.

2. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

3. It is submitted that supplementary charge-sheet has been submitted along with chemical report, which is positive. Furthermore, commercial quantity of contraband goods were recovered from the petitioner.

4. We have considered the materials on record. There are ample materials implicating the petitioner into the case. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
