1. This revisional application is pending since 2011.

2. This revisional application is pending since 2019. It transpires from the record that on December 23, 2019, the petitioner was directed to effect service by Speed Post with acknowledgment due upon the opposite party and to file affidavit of service on the next date of hearing. The matter was directed to appear eight weeks after the winter vacation. On February 24 of 2025 the matter again appeared and on the prayer of the present petitioner, the matter was directed to appear in the list on March 26, 2025 under the heading "Contested Application" with further direction to serve the opposite party with a notice intimating the next date of hearing and file affidavit of service on the returnable date. No affidavit of service is filed and submitted that the affidavit of service has been mis-placed.

3. The matter was appeared on June 16, 2025 when nobody representing the petitioner and the direction was given to go out of list.

4. On perusal of the entire order sheet and conduct of the petitioner, this court finds no reason to give any further

opportunity to the petitioner. Accordingly, the criminal revision is dismissed for non-compliance of the order.

5. Liberty to file afresh.
