Mr. Ejar Hossain............for the petitioners The instant revisional application has been filed by the petitioners under section 401 read with section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking quashing of chargesheet being chargesheet no. 61/2017 dated 30.04.2017 arising out of Dadpur police station case no. 57/2017 dated 13.04.2017 (G.R. Case 820/2017) under section 498A, 406 of the IPC pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chinsura, Hooghly.

It is submitted by the petitioners that all the accused persons, who are petitioners herein were found not guilty of the charges punishable under section 498A, 406 of the IPC as levelled against them.

Learned trial court, therefore, acquitted from the said charges under section 248(1) of the Cr.P.C, 1973 they have been set at liberty and released from their respective bail bonds vide order dated 28.08.2019. As such the instant revisional application has become infructuous as such necessary order may be passed.

A copy of the said order dated 28.8.2019 submitted by learned advocate for the petitioners is taken on record.

Heard and on perusal of the said order it appears that the learned trial court has found not guilty of the alleged offences punishable under sections 498A, 406 of the IPC and the petitioners have been acquitted from the said case and have been set at liberty and also released from their respective bail bonds.

Hence, the instant revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 3632 of 2017 is thus disposed of with the above observations without any order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let the order be communicated to the Ld. Court below for information.

Liberty is granted to all parties to act in terms of the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court.
