1. In terms of the order passed by this Court dated 22nd December, 2025, the learned Government Pleader has submitted a report from the Legal Remembrancer, Government of West Bengal wherein, it reveals that Smt. Lopamudra Das Nandi is appointed as learned APP (Service) attached to the Court of learned 3rd Court of Judicial Magistrate, Chandannagar, Hooghly and Smt. Tamali Biswas is appointed as learned APP (Service) attached to the Court of learned 2nd Court of Judicial Magistrate, Chandannagar, Hooghly.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no objection with regard to the appointment of Smt. Lopamudra Das Nandi but has certain reservation with regard to Smt. Tamali Biswas while performing duty as learned APP, there was complaint against her and for

her removal a writ petition is pending before this Court.

3. Learned Government Pleader submits that he has no information that there is any complaint against Smt. Tamali Biswas or any writ petition is pending against her.

4. This Court finds that in the present writ application the petitioner prays for appointment of learned APP for conducting of GR Case No. 619 of 2012, GR Case No. 426 of 2013 and GR Case No. 475 of 2017 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd and 3rd Court, Chandannagar, Hooghly. Accordingly, the Government has appointed learned APPs.

5. This Court has not gone into the disputed question whether there is any complaint against Smt. Tamali Biswas as the matter pending before this Court for adjudication.

6. Considering the above, this Court finds that as the Government has already appointed the learned APPs to conduct the case on behalf of the prosecution. Accordingly, nothing remains in the present writ application.

7. WPA 26110 of 2025 is disposed of.

8. The report submitted by the Government Pleader be kept with the record.

9. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

10. Urgent Photostat certified copy, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
