1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated into this case. His prayer for bail may be allowed on any terms and conditions.

2. On the other hand, learned Advocate appearing for the State has opposed his prayer for bail.

3. We have considered the materials available in the case diary and found that there is a deep sharp cut injury on the left side of the forehead of the victim. Prima facie involvement of the petitioner cannot be rules out.

4. Considering the materials on record and the nature of injury, we are not inclined to allow his prayer for bail.
