Earlier this revisional application was called on 28.11.2023 when accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioner.

Today also when the revisional application has been called, none represents the petitioner.

Records of this revisional application reflect that the subject-matter of the case relate to interim maintenance. Having regard to the quantum which was awarded, I am of the view that the same do not call for any interference. The petitioner would be at liberty to take up such points in course of trial of the main proceedings.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 4317 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
