The petitioners are aggrieved by the notice of sale of immovable properties under the SARFAESI Act, 2002. The petitioners have already approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal by filing SA/452/2023 which is pending consideration.

2. The next date for consideration before the learned Tribunal is 14th November, 2024.

3. The petitioners pray for extension of time for repayment of the loan amount.

4. I am of the opinion that the petitioners ought to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal, where the application of the petitioners is pending, for relief.

5. The writ petition stands dismissed.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
