The petitioner is the wife of the respondent no. 7, a retired Group - D Staff of a secondary school. The petitioner is complaining that the respondent no. 7 is not maintaining her and is praying a part of his pension be disbursed to her on account of maintenance.

The prayer is absolutely misconceived, the petitioner is always free to approach the maintenance Court for redressal of her grievance.

W.P.A. 25371 of 2023 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
