This is an application for condonation of delay of 50 days in filing a restoration application being CAN 1 of 2023. Perused the grounds. Such grounds are found to be sufficient.

In the circumstances, the delay in filing of the restoration application is condoned and CAN 1 of 2023 is taken on board.

CAN 2 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of.

In re: CAN 1 of 2023 This is an application for recalling of an order dated March 21, 2023 passed by this Bench and restoration of W.P.A. 26141 of 2022 to its original file and number. Perused the grounds.

Such grounds are found to be sufficient.

In the circumstances, the order dated March 21, 2023 is hereby recalled and W.P.A. No. 26141 of 2022 is restored to its original file and number.

With the directions aforesaid, CAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of.
