....Applicant/Petitioner Mr. Akash Ghosh ...for the petitioner Ms. Sonali Das Mr. Saptarshi Chakraborty ...for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, the name of the alleged victim could not be redacted from relevant portion of the petition. As such, the petitioner would not like to press this application and would file the application afresh on the self-same grounds.

In view of the above, the application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as not pressed.

However, this order shall not be preclude the petitioner from filing an application for anticipatory bail afresh on the self-same grounds. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
