The petitioner is aggrieved by transfer and relocation from Daspara 37 No. ICDS Centre under Tehatta Block-1 to Centre 305, Sahapur Purba Colony (AWC), Natna G.P. under Tehatta-1 ICDS Project, Tehatta, Nadia. 2.

The petitioner claims that the same is against the guidelines for re-location of an Anganwadi Worker dated 1st December, 2014 issued by the Central Government. 3.

A plain reading of the said notification indicates that the same is not mandatory and is subject to the administrative convenience and requirements of the Anganwadi Centers.

In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the writ petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
