It is fairly submitted by Mr. Pradhan that though the present appeal was filed against the rejection of the application for intervention by the present petitioner, the writ petition having been disposed of in the meantime and the petitioner having already filed MAT 922 of 2016 against the final order passed in the writ petition, this appeal being MAT 1924 of 2016 has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this appeal being MAT 1924 of 2016 is disposed of as infructuous.

Mr. Pradhan, learned Counsel for the appellant wants certified copy of the memorandum of appeal as he is stated to have lost the same.

The file be sent back to the department and on proper application with proper fee, certified copy of the memorandum of appeal be supplied to Mr.
