1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody for more than a year.

2. Other co-accused person has been granted bail by the learned trial court hence, the petitioner prays for bail on the similar ground.

3. On the other hand, learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that on twice occasions earlier his prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected and he was absconded for two years.

4. Considering the conduct of the petitioner and the materials available on record as well as considering the extent of involvement, we are not inclined to allow his prayer for bail.
