Against the private respondent the writ petitioner has grievance regarding unauthorized construction being made at his instance without the sanctioned plan. For appropriate relief this case has been filed.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that a representation ventilating the grievance of the petitioner has been filed by him i.e. vide letter dated 04.10.2024 and that the same is yet to be considered by the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat.

Inspite of service of notice, none appears for the principal answering respondent i.e. Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat. State is represented.

In consideration of all attending facts and circumstances the present writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.6 to immediately consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2024 after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as any other person as it may think fit and proper. The said respondent shall also take into consideration necessary documents particularly

the building plan etc. sanctioned by its office, if at all, in favour of the said private respondent.

The entire exercise shall be concluded by the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of service of a copy of this order.

There shall be no order as to costs.
