Superintendent, Berhampore Central Correctional Home and the Judge-in-Charge Nezarath Department, Civil Court, Lalbagh, Murshidabad, have reported that both the appellants have served their sentences and were released. The appellants Abdul Latif and Amjad Ali have died.

In that view of the matter, this Court records that CRA 642 of 2007 has abated.

CRA 642 of 2007 is disposed of as abated.
