The petitioner participated in 2nd SLST 2025. 3.

As she was in the verge of giving birth to a child, she could not take the written examination. A sick bed was arranged for her for appearing in the written test but as she was admitted in the ICU, she could not avail the said benefit.

Prayer has been made to direct the Commission to hold written test for the petitioner. 5.

It appears from the submission made on behalf of the parties that the result of the written test has already been declared and the interview list has been published.

At his stage permitting the petitioner to appear for a further written test separately will unsettle the settled list that has been published by the Commission. The same will also disturb the timeline fixed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court for conclusion of the recruitment process.

In view of the above, the Court is not agreeable to allow the prayer of the petitioner. 8.

The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
