1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody for more than one year six months. He has been falsely implicated into this case. His prayer for bail may be allowed on any terms and conditions.

2. On the other hand, learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that commercial quantity of contraband goods i.e. 3.455 litres and odd codeine mixtures were recovered from the petitioner and the proceeding is at very matured stage.

3. Considering the materials on record and considering the extent of involvement, we are not inclined to allow his prayer for bail.
