Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

The petitioner no.1 claims to be a driver of a vehicle. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners in the incident of alleged theft of the vehicle of which the petitioner no.1 is a driver.

Apparently, the petitioner nos.2 and 3 claim themselves to be the buyer of the vehicle.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5570 of 2022 is dismissed.
