The present criminal revision has been preferred praying for quashing of the proceeding being GR Case No. 47 of 2021 arising out of Marishda P.S. Case No. 05 of 2021 dated 4th January, 2021 as well as the charge-sheet being charge-sheet no. 11 of 2021 dated 30th January, 2021 under Sections 498A/323 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act and all orders passed in connection with the proceeding presently pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Contai Court, Purba Medinipur. There is no representation on behalf of either side. Accordingly, the present criminal revision is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall be at liberty to raise the issue raised in the present case before the appropriate forum.

The rvisional application being CRR 4326 of 2022 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
