The present writ petition has been preferred praying for a direction upon the respondent authorities more specifically the respondent no.3, the Registrar of Assurance before whom an application dated July 27, 2022 is pending. By the said application the writ petitioner had prayed for registration of a Deed which was executed admittedly in Mauritius.

It is further submitted that the said application is pending till date and the same has not been considered in spite of several requests.

Learned Counsel for the State is present.

Considering the relief prayed for, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the respondent no.3 shall dispose of the said application dated July 27, 2022 annexed at Page 101 of the writ petition being Annexure

P/11 within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of this order on hearing the relevant parties, in accordance with law.

The writ petition, WPA 26473 of 2024 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

The parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
