It is further submitted petitioner, while on bail, did not disturb the victim lady.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioner was granted pre-arrest bail. He was directed not to stay in the residence of the victim lady. He violated the condition. Accordingly, his pre-arrest bail was cancelled. Victim is yet to be examined.

We have considered the materials on record. There is possibility that the petitioner may try to influence the victim lady. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
