The writ petition has been preferred by the writ petitioner stating that she has submitted a representation dated 25th June, 2024 for transfer on the ground of pregnancy before the Board but her representation has not been considered till date.

On hearing the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the Board shall consider the said representation of the writ petitioner within thirty (30) days from the date of this order on hearing the writ petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of without any order as to costs.
