Learned Advocate representing the petitioner submits that he has been wrongly implicated in this case. The wife of the petitioner committed suicide and there was no abetment of suicide as submitted on behalf of the petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is opposed by the learned Advocate representing the State on the strength of the order dated April 10, 2024 passed by a coordinate Bench on the first application for anticipatory bail moved by the petitioner. 3.

Having considered the respective submissions made on behalf of the parties, we do not find any change in circumstances which would convince us to allow the present application granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 3810 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
