By this application petitioner has prayed for correction of a typographical error in the order dated 5th December, 2022 which was recorded as "M/s CIVTECH India Pvt. Ltd." in stead of "M/s. CIVTECT India Pvt. Ltd.".

Let the order be corrected accordingly and this order be treated as part of the order dated 5th December, 2022.

The department is directed to do the needful. CAN 1 of 2022 is, accordingly disposed of.
