Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Society Bankura Range Office/respondent no.3 in giving reply to the question asked for by the aforesaid letter of the petitioners dated 29th August, 2022 as to whether petitioners are the existing members of the bank in question or not. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 26161 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to give reply to the question as asked for by the aforesaid letter of the petitioners dated 29th August, 2022,

within two weeks from the date of communication of this order.
