Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner indicates about two typographical mistakes in the Court's order dated October 30, 2024. Let the same be corrected in the following manner:- i) In the cause title, let the name "Saitendra Nath Chaudhury" be replaced with the name "Sailendranath Chakraborty".

ii) In paragraph 1, let the date "07.10.2022."

be substituted with "07.10.2024".

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated October 30, 2024.
