None appears on behalf of the alleged contemnors, though the alleged contemnors were represented by their respective learned advocates on the last date that is on July 15, 2024.

Mr. Bari, learned advocate for the petitioners submits before this Court that no effective steps have been taken by the alleged contemnors to proceed with the appeal.

In view of such, let a Rule be issued against the alleged contemnors which is returnable on September 30, 2024 when the

matter would be listed under the heading "Contempt Application".

It is further directed that the special messanger cost for service of Rule of contempt upon the contemnors are to be deposited positively by tomorrow.
