None appears on behalf of the school authorities in spite of service. Accordingly, I draw an adverse inference against them.

This writ petition contains an innocuous prayer seeking a direction upon the school authority to issue a 'No Objection Certificate' in favour of the petitioner so that the petitioner can apply the General Transfer on Special Ground. Accordingly, I direct the school authorities to give the 'No Objection Certificate' in favour of the petitioner for the purpose of making her application for General Transfer on Special Ground to the Commissioner of School Education within a period of four weeks. The authorities are also directed to act in accordance with law.

With these above observations and directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.

Since, no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
