Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated.

The victim returned the day after the alleged kidnapping. There is a business relationship between the father of the kidnapped person and the petitioner. Both are labour contractors. The kidnapped person implicates the petitioner in the kidnapping, in the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The investigations are yet to be concluded.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 5554 of 2022 is dismissed.
