Despite service, none appears for the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

This matter is disposed of with the following order:

The Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education is directed to consider the case of the petitioner who qualified in TET as appears from page 29 of the writ application (he was called in the interview).

Learned advocate for the petitioner has relied upon a notice of the Board dated 02.11.2017. The petitioner says that he submitted all the papers as has

been mentioned in the said notice dated 02.11.2017. Thereafter no information has been given to her. I direct the Secretary of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to look into the matter after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. The petitioner will be at liberty to be represented through his learned advocate. After hearing, a reasoned and speaking order is to be passed by the Secretary within a period of two weeks and the same is to be communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

The petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the writ application immediately to the Secretary along with a copy of this order.
