Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody for five months, charge-sheet has already been submitted and there is hardly any reason for detaining the petitioners in further.

Learned advocate for the de-facto complainant opposes the prayer for bail.

Learned advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary and drawn the attention of the Court to the statement of the Executive Magistrate who was present wherein it has been categorically stated regarding the complicity of the present petitioners.

Having considered the gravity of the offence, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, CRM (M) 2397 of 2025 is dismissed. Case Diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
