Mr. Dipanjan Datta Mr. Sayan Datta Mr. K. K. Bandhopadhyay ... for the State-Respondent(s) The writ petition earlier appeared on 04.12.2024, when an accommodation was sought for on behalf of the petitioners. Today, also when the writ petition has been called, none represented the petitioners.

Mr. Datta, learned advocate for the State, submits a report which reflects that the petitioners on apprehension in respect of misuse of certain signed blank papers furnished information with the police authorities of Burdwan Police Station.

Having considered that the representation was based on apprehension

and the petitioners till date have not been able to furnish information to substantiate that the same has been misused, I am of the view that further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

However, in case, if there are change of circumstances, the petitioners would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate with necessary prayers, the learned Magistrate would consider the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 26501 of 2024 along with CAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
