By an order dated March 11, 2026 this Court had recalled the order dated August 4, 2025 and restored the writ application in its original file but the learned counsel for the petitioners has not notified the respondents with regard to hearing of the writ application after restoration.

2. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to notify the date of hearing of the writ application to the respondents/authorities and to file the affidavit-of-service on the next date fixed.

3. List the matter on May 14, 2026.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for leave to file supplementary affidavit by disclosing certain documents.

5. The prayer is allowed.

6. The petitioners are given liberty to file supplementary affidavit after serving the copy to the respondents. (Krishna Rao, J.)
