Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits as follows. At the time of hearing of the matter on 31.01.2024, due to inadvertence an erroneous instruction was provided as regards the designation of the Officer who would be able to carry out the investigation.

Instead of "ADJ, CID (Cyber)", it should actually be "ADG, Cyber (WBP)".

Let the inadvertent order be corrected and the order dated 31.01.2024 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
