Parveen ... for the Petitioner(s) Mr. Joydeep Bisweas Ms. Diksha Ghosh ... for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in connection with the present case for allegedly possessing 160 bottles phensedyl.

It has further been submitted that the petitioners are in custody for 268 days and, till date, charge has not been framed.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that seizures were effected from the possession of the petitioners.

However, having considered the period of detention of the present petitioners, I direct the learned trial court to release the petitioners on bail on such terms and conditions

as the court deems fit and proper after consideration of charges are over.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM(NDPS) 1463 of 2025 is disposed of.
