1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the issues involved in this appeal have been decided by this Bench on 18th October, 2023 in MAT 2098 of 2023 with CAN 1 of 2023 and CAN 2 of 2023 (Mrinmoy Haldar & Ors. vs. Ramesh Malik & Ors.).

2. We have been informed by Mr. Sudipta Dasgupta, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner that yesterday the Board has submitted that what was uploaded is the break-up of marks and not the panel. We have also been informed that the learned Single Judge has directed the Board to produce the panel in terms of Rule 8.

3. In view thereof, the appeal and the stay application are disposed of in terms of the order dated 18th October, 2023.
