The petitioner is aggrieved by investigation into the FIR No. 145 of 2020 dated 30.07.2020 registered by the Tollygunge Police Station.

The Tollygunge Police Station shall complete investigation into the subject FIR within 2 months from date and submit final report in final form before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

Since no affidavit has been used by the respondents, the allegations made in the writ petition shall not be deemed to have been admitted by this Court.

The instant writ petition is disposed of.

5.

There shall be no order as to costs.
