There are materials in the case dairy suggesting that the petitioners are involved in the assault. Two persons were injured. Of the two persons injured, once received a fractured injury on the little finger.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials in the case dairy, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 5558 of 2022 is dismissed.
