For the respondent nos. 6 & 12 Pursuant to the direction made on December 13, 2022, the order speaks for itself in detail on the facts of the case, Mr. Malay Bhattacharyya, learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioners and Ms. Rituparna De Ghose, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 6 submitted that the directions made by this Court in the said order dated December 13, 2022 on the respondent no. 6 have been duly complied with.

After hearing the submissions made on behalf of the parties, to protect the interest of the students and bearing in mind that the interest of the students have suffered severely during the last two years during the COVID period, this Court observes that, the attendance of the students may be regularized in respect of those students who shall clear the

entire academic fees of the school as on the date of the finalising the attendance of the students. A copy of the letter of instruction dated January 17, 2023 obtained from her client is placed before this Court by Ms. Rituparna De Ghose, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 6, the same is taken on record.

On the above terms, this writ petition being WPA 26197 of 2022 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.

Urgent certified photo copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
