This matter has come up in the list at the instance of the petitioners.

Learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioners would say that the petitioners, in this case, would be superannuated on different future dates and not on October 31, 2024, as has been recorded in paragraph 3 of this Court's order dated October 30, 2024.

He seeks necessary correction to be made.

Considering as above, it is found that modification/correction is required to be made in the order of this Court dated October 30, 2024, in the following way:-

Let paragraph 3 of the order dated 30th October, 2024, be deleted and the subsequent paragraphs be consequently renumbered. Rest of the order will remain as it is.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated October 30, 2024.
