The petitioner alleges that despite an order passed by a co ordinate Bench of this Court on 14th October, 2025 in WPA 24007 of 2025 directing the respondents therein to restore the water supply of the petitioner if it is found to be obstructed, the police authority has not taken steps to comply with the said order.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the KMC has been co operating with the petitioner to provide her water connection which is being disconnected by the private respondent.
Learned counsel for the private respondent submits that the private respondent has filed an application before
the co ordinate Bench for recalling the order dated 14th October, 2025, which is pending.
In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the noncompliance of the order of this Court by the police authority she is at liberty to take necessary steps in accordance with law.
The petitioner has submitted a representation before the police authority on 22nd October, 2025 which has also not been acted upon. In that event also, the petitioner has to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate for redressal of her grievance.
Since nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present application, the same is disposed of. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
