Inadvertent typographical error crept in judgment dated 1st May, 2025.

In 4th line of 2nd paragraph and 6th line of 12th paragraph of the judgment dated 1st May, 2025 "it was erroneously recorded as 'M.A.C. Case No. 378 of 2003' instead of 'M.A.C. Case No. 168 of 2012'. Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the judgment dated 1st May, 2025.
