Manoj Khutia v. Union Of India & ORS
25.6. 2024 item No.13 n.b.
ct. no. 24 WPA 25574 of 2018 Manoj Khutia.
Vs.
The Union of India & Ors.
Mr. Puspendra Chakraborty, .....for the respondent nos.2 to 4.
It is reported by the office in pursuance of the order of this Court that, no affidavit-in-reply appears to have been filed by the petitioner.
On call none appears on behalf of the petitioner. No accommodation is sought for.
Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.2 to 4 submits that the instant writ petition became infructuous as the dealership has already been commissioned.
Considering the situation of this case and considering the conduct of the present petitioner, it appears to me that the present petitioner is not at all interested to proceed further with this matter. Accordingly the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.
Any interim order of this Court during the pendency of the instant matter is hereby vacated.
All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
