State has submitted a report which reflects that on 09.12.2024 with the assistance of the police authorities, the petitioner has been reverted back to his possession. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed by the Daspur Police Station.

However, if the petitioner subsequently faces any inconveniences, he will inform the concerned police station who would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 25428 of 2023 is disposed of.
