APP Ms. Pallavi Priyadarshee ... for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the subject-matter of the case relates to 1kg 100 gm of opium and six persons have been implicated in connection with the instant case.

It has further been submitted that the present petitioners are in custody for 232 days, the investigation has already been concluded and there is no possibility of the trial being conclude very soon.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that on 11th December, 2025, date has been fixed for framing of charges by the learned trial court. Having considered the stage of the case and the period of detention of the petitioner, I direct the learned trial

court to release the petitioners on bail after the stage of consideration of charges are over.

With the aforesaid observations, CRM(NDPS) 1468 of 2025 is disposed of.
