This writ petition was preferred praying for a direction for inclusion the name of the petitioner in the list of seniormost teacher i.e. in the panel of Teacher in Sadar North Circle under District Council Primary School. In 2008 when the writ petition was affirmed then the petitioner was aged about 54 years. Now it is obvious that as on date the petitioner has already retired from service. By efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of without any order.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
