This is an application filed under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the Complaint Case No. C-256 of 2010 under Section 138 read with Section 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

On perusal of the application, the impugned Order and other materials on record, it appears that exercise of jurisdiction under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed on merit.
